  1. 1 packetinstant Gulab Jamun mix
  2. 3 1/2 oz(about 100 grams) khoya (mawa)
  3. 3 cups(about 600 grams) sugar
  4. 3-4cardamom pods, powdered
  5. 4 1/4 cups (1 liter)water

  7. 2 teaspoons(about 10 grams) charoli nuts
  8. 2 teaspoons(about 10 grams) raisins
  9. 1/2 cup(about 100 grams) milk

    Take the Gulab Jamun mix and khoya in a bowl. Mix them well for 15 minutes.

    Add a little milk and knead until the dough is soft.

    Make small balls, stuffing them with charoli nuts and raisins, and set aside.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown.

    Once the Gulab Jamun is golden, remove them. Now, prepare the sugar syrup.

    For the syrup, take 4 cups of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add 2 1/2 cups (about 500 grams) of sugar and boil until the syrup thickens slightly, then set aside.
