Today I made Protein filled Sandwich in breakfast.

Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1green chili chopped
  • 1 tbspchaat masala
  • 1 tsprock salt
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspMayonnaise
  • 4bread slices
  • as requiredButter
  • as requiredMayonnaise

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add boiled chickpeas. Mash it well.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion, tomatoes, chaat masala, rock salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, green chillies and mayonnaise and mix well. This is the filling.

  3. 3

    Smear generously butter on one side of the bread and roast it on a tawa till crisp.

  4. 4

    Fill the filling generously in between the bread slices.

  5. 5

    Roast it again on the tawa till golden and crisp on both sides.

  6. 6

    Cut into halves and serve with tomato ketchup.
