Frozen Beef Muthi Kabab (Make & Store)

I have used the same recipe of Beef Reshmi Kofta in this. As I made it in a big batch and gave 2 different shapes to the mixture to save time. Plus both kofta and these kabab are made in different ways, so it will be very easy in Ramadan to make them.

Steps

In a big tray or bowl add all the ingredients (except spices) and mix well.

In a chopper or hand blender, make a fine smooth paste.

Add all the spices and mix well.

Make shapes of kabab and lay in a lined tray. Keep in freezer to set.

When all the kababs are set and properly frozen, put them in a ziplock bag and freeze to be used later.
