  • ૧/૨ ચમચી ચણા ની દાળ
  • મીઠું સ્વાદાનુસાર
  • વઘાર: ૧ ચમચી તેલ
  • ૧/૨ ચમચી અડદની દાળ
  • ૧/૨ ચમચી ચણા દાળ
  • ૧ ચમચી રાઈ
  • ૧/૨ ચમચી હિંગ
  • મીઠો લીમડો

    એક પેનમાં તેલ મૂકી લાલ મરચાં નાખો. અડદની દાળ અને ચણા ની દાળ નાખો. કાંદા અને લસણ નાખી સાંતળો. ટામેટા નાખી સાંતળો. છીણેલું કોપરું નાખી મિકસ કરો.

    ઠંડા પડે એટલે મિક્સરમાં બધા ઘટકો સાથે આમલી અને મીઠું નાખી પીસી લો.
