Heat a kadhei add oil put cumin seeds crackle a mints.Than add ginger,greenchilli & sauuted another mints.Than add boiled potato & curryleaves sauted nicely.

Than add wash and soak samarice & sandeh namak mix it well.Add 2spoon water & cover it 30 second Now add roasted peanuts mix it well.Add 1/2tsp lemon juice mix it well.Sama rice khichdi is ready to serve.
