An ultimate children's favourite..crispy gold coin made with chicken and bread.
Steps

Take chicken mince in a mixing bowl, add chopped onion, coriander leaves, all dry spices and soya sauce. Mix well

Cut roundels from bread slices.

Beat egg in a bowl, add salt and black pepper to it.

Take a spoonful of mince mixture and spread on bread roundels.

With the help of a brush, apply egg on top of mince on bread, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top

Heat oil in a kadhai, put on medium flame, add roundels with mince side going down first, cook for 2 mins and then turn. After a min take out on a tissue paper.

Chicken gold coin is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
