Steps

Cut beans into 1” size and par boil.

Thinly cut potato and slit green chilli.

In moderately heated pan add oil add onion seeds and allow to sizzle, then add potato + beans + chilli and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add salt + turmeric and stir fry further for 3-4 minutes till beans is soft and cooked.
