Ingredients

  1. For kuttu ki puri
  2. 2 cupkuttu ka aata
  3. 2boiled potatoes
  4. as per tasteRock Salt
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1/4 cupwater
  7. as required Oil for frying
  8. For sabudana vada
  9. 1 cupsoaked sabudana
  10. 3boiled potatoes
  11. 2chopped green chillies
  12. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  13. to tasteRock Salt
  14. as requiredOil for frying
  15. For vrat wale aloo ki sabzi
  16. 3boiled, peel and mashed potatoes
  17. 1chopped tomato
  18. 2 tbspghee
  19. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  20. as per taste Rock Salt
  21. as per tasteBlack pepper powder
  22. 2 tbspchopped coriander
  23. 1 cupwater

    Making puri

  2. 2

    Take kuttu flour, salt and pepper in a bowl.Add mashed potatoes.

  3. 3

    Now add water little at a time and start kneading the dough.

  4. 4

    Take one flattened disc, and roll it.

  5. 5

    Now heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. While the oil is heating, roll a few puris and keep them on a plate. Once the oil is hot, slice one rolled puri carefully.

    Once puffed, flip the puri and cook another side. Then remove it to a paper towel lined plate and repeat the same for rest.

    For making sabudana vada

  8. 8

    Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes and soaked sabudana.

  9. 9

    Then add rock Salt, chillies, coriander and mix well.

  10. 10

    Now prepare small patties from sabudana and hole in center.

  11. 11

    Deep fry the patties in hot oil.

  12. 12

    Fry on medium flame until they turn golden brown flipping in between. Drain off over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

    For aloo sabzi

    Heat ghee into a kadahi.

  15. 15

    And add cumin seeds and saute.

  16. 16

    Further add chopped green chillies and chopped tomatoes and cover and cook until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.

    Now add slightly mashed potatoes, pepper powder and salt. Saute for a minute or until the spices are well combined with aloo.

    Further, add water and mix well adjusting the consistency.

    Cover and boil for 5 minutes, or until the flavours are absorbed well.

    Add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well.

    Finally, add vrat wale aloo sabzi.

    Ready puri, sabudana vada, sabzi serve along with raita and fruits salad. And enjoy!
