Ingredients

  1. 1large egg
  2. 1/3 cupsugar (70 grams)
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 3 1/3 tbspwhole milk (47 grams)
  6. 3/4 cupcake flour (95 grams)
  7. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/4 cupvegetable oil (55 grams), we used rice bran oil
  9. 1/2 cupraisins (75 grams)
  10. A fewchocolate chips for topping, optional

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Beat the egg, sugar, and salt together until combined. No need to beat until fluffy or until the sugar dissolves.

    Add the milk and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
