#NFC... Fasting is incomplete without Sabudana Vada...presenting super crispy sabudana vada made through different method....this method takes same time as the boiled aloo method...do try it as it gives nice crispy texture to the vada
Steps
- 1
Wash twice, remove the starch and soak Sabudana in slight water for 4 to 5 hours...Peel the skin of potatoes and chop into pieces
- 2
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add jeera and green chilli, ginger paste, curry leaves..saute it for few mins and add potatoes and 1 cup of water, salt...close the lid and let the potatoes cook on the low flame. Keep checking in between.
- 3
Once the aloo is cooked add the peanut powder and mix well. Smash the sabzi and add the soaked sabudana and lemon juice...mix well and make round vada
- 4
Heat the oil and fry the vada on the high flame this makes them super crispy and also results in less oil in the vada
- 5
Serve the hot vada with dahi and mint leaves
