Ingredients

30 minute
4 servings
  • 1 Cupboil mutton keema
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1boil potato large size
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbspchopped mint
  • 1 tbspkashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tspHaldi,
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1egg
  • 3 tbspwheat flour
  • As Per Required Oil for frying

Steps

30 minute
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients of the kebab in a bowl

  2. 2

    Now make small balls of this mixture

  3. 3

    Now mix egg and flour in a Bowl

  4. 4

    Now add salt and water to it and make it better.²

  5. 5

    Now heat oil in a pan And Fry the tikkis by dipping them in egg batter

  6. 6

    Now ready to serve with onion lachha and lemon slices
