Ingredients

  1. 2small bell peppers
  2. 150 gpork strips
  3. 1little green onion, chopped
  4. 1little minced garlic
  5. Salt, to taste
  6. Oyster sauce, to taste
  7. Cornstarch, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the oyster sauce and cornstarch with the pork strips until well coated. Remove seeds from the bell peppers and cut into thick strips.

    Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork strips until half-cooked, then remove. In the same pan, add more oil and sauté the white part of the green onion and minced garlic until fragrant.

    Add the bell peppers and stir-fry until half-cooked. Season with salt, then add the pork strips and stir-fry until fully cooked. Serve immediately.
