Teaspoonbrown sauce
Spray oil for greasing

Heat a pan, any will do, lightly greased. Add the bread

As it starts to colour, turn over. Add cheese and sauce

As cheese starts to melt, close your toastie, putting cheese side on top of cheese side. Push down a little and turn once or twice to finish. Cut in triangles, use kitchen paper to serve
