  2. Salt to taste
  3. as neededLeftover radish scramble
  4. as neededSome flour for dusting
  5. as neededWater
  6. as neededOil

    First, add salt to the flour and gradually add water to knead the dough. Cover and let it rest for a while.

    Make a dough ball, roll it out like a flatbread, and apply oil. Now, fill it with a little radish scramble mixture, make a ball again, and roll it out into a paratha.

    Place it on a hot griddle, apply oil, and cook on both sides until done. The delicious paratha is ready. Serve hot with tea or vegetables.
