  1. 1.1 lbscooked and shredded chicken breast
  2. 5 clovesgarlic
  3. 1/2jalapeño pepper
  4. 1small bunch fresh cilantro
  5. 1 cupshelled and cleaned pistachios
  6. 1 tbspolive oil
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 pinchblack pepper
  9. 1 cupMexican crema (250 ml)

    In a tablespoon of olive oil, confit the garlic and sauté the jalapeño.

    Transfer to a blender and add the cilantro, pistachios, and salt to taste. Blend until smooth and fine. If needed, add a little chicken broth to blend more easily.

    Transfer to a pan over medium-low heat, add the crema and chicken, sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper, and stir until it reduces.
