Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 5 2/3 ozspaghetti (about 160 grams)
  2. 3 1/2 ozdiced mortadella (about 100 grams)
  3. 3 1/2 ozsmoked scamorza cheese (about 100 grams)
  4. 1heaping tablespoon pistachio cream
  5. Chopped pistachios
  6. Extra virgin olive oil, salt
  7. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted boiling water

    Meanwhile, in a large pan, sauté the mortadella with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes. Add the pistachio cream and the scamorza cheese cut into very small cubes

  3. 3

    Drain the spaghetti into the pan with a little cooking water and mix for a few minutes with the previously beaten egg. Add some chopped pistachios and serve
