Ingredients: 1/2 kg potatoes boiled; 1 cup bread crumbs; 3 tbs cornflour; 1 tsp chilli powder; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp black pepper powder; 1 onion chopped; 2 tbs coriander chopped; 1 egg; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp chicken powder; 1 tsp cumin seeds roasted and crushed; 3 tbs flour; 1/2 tsp chilli powder; 1/4 tsp salt; 3 tbs water; 2 eggs beaten; Bread crumbs for coating; Oil for frying; 10-12 popsicles sticks

1/2 kgpotatoes boiled
1 cupbread crumbs
3 tbscornflour
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper powder
1onion chopped
2 tbscoriander chopped
1egg
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspchicken powder
1 tspcumin seeds roasted and crushed
Batter
3 tbsflour
1/2 tspchilli powder
1/4 tspsalt
3 tbswater
2eggs beaten
Bread crumbs for coating
Oil for frying
10-12popsicles sticks

Firsltly mashed the potatoes with masher add spices

Add onion coriander egg and bread crumbs

Mix until well combined. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile in flour mix salt and chilli powder with water and beaten eggs. Set aside.

Grease your hands take handful of mixture insert a popsicle stick and shape like a popsicle. Make 10-12.

Dip into egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs.

Heat oil and fry on medium high until golden crispy.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with tomato sauce
