Banana Custard with Caramel Sauce

Mash a banana into a smooth paste with the help of a fork. Now take a sauce pan and add the banana paste, sugar, corn starch,milk and mix well. Now cook this mixture on medium flame until the mixture thickens.

Remove from the stove and pour it into the serving bowls. Place banana slices on top and keep aside to set.

Make a mixture of corn starch and water and keep aside.

In another saucepan heat the sugar to form caramel.

Once the caramel is done pour the corn flour and water mixture and cook on medium flame until it slightly thickens.

Pour the caramel sauce over the prepared custard and leave it to set in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Yummy Banana Custard with Caramel Sauce is ready to be served.
