as required beans
1potato cut into cube
2tomatoes
1 cupgreen peas
1 cupcapsicum
1 cupfenugreek seeds
1 tbspoil
As Per Taste Salt
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tsptomato sauce (optional)
1 tspcumin seeds

In a pan add oil add cumin seeds.

Add onion, add green chili, add carrot.

Add peas, add cabbage, add salt.

Add turmeric powder, add red chili powder, add tomato sauce mix it well, and cover with a plate for 2 mins. at low flame.

Now sabzi is ready to Serve. 1 tsp tomato sauce
