Preheat the oven at 180°c and line a 7×10inch tray with parchment paper and keep it aside.
Now in a bowl seive all the dry ingredients All-purpose Flour (All-purpose flour), cocoa powder,salt and keep aside.
In a separate bowl add both the sugar and melted butter whish until the sugar dissolves. Now add one egg at a time and whisk. After all the eggs are beaten add the vegetable oil and vanilla extract/essence. Whisk to combine well and make it creamy don't overwhisk. - 2
Now mix the dry ingredients little at time and fold don't whisk it just fold and make it lump free. After all the wet and dry ingredients are combined well add the chocolate chunks and mix again. Transfer the mixture to the greased and lined baking tray. Tap it and make it even with the help of spatula. Bake it in the oven at 180°c in the middle rack for 35-40 minutes. Take it out once done. It will be soft in the middle but don't bake again leave it to cool down completely.

After 3-4 hours take out the parchment paper and cut it in pieces. Sprinkle some powdered sugar over it before serving or serve it with a dollop of vanilla ice cream or with whipping cream and fruits or simply with some drizzled chocolate. The choice is yours. Enjoy the dessert. Happy Baking.

IMPORTANT TIPS
If you dont have brown sugar you can use white sugar but then only use 1 1/2 cup and in case you don't have 72% unsweetened chocholate and you are using the normal one then only use 1 cup sugar. You can adjust sugar as per your taste.
Don't forget to seive the dry ingredients it's very important. Don't over whisk the batter otherwise it will not end up in a perfect brownie.
If you don't eat eggs you can replace 1 egg with half medium size banana or 4 tbsp buttermilk for 1 egg.
