Ingredients

  1. 1CupFor Dal;- Tur Dal
  2. 1 .Tomato
  3. 1tbsp.Ghee
  4. 1 .Dry Red Chilli
  5. 1 Cinnamon Stick
  6. 1 Cardamom
  7. 1/4tsp.Fenugreek Seeds
  8. 1tsp.Mustard Seeds
  9. as requiredFew Curry leaves
  10. 1/2tsp.Asofoetida
  11. 1tbsp.ginger chilli paste
  12. 1tbsp.Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  13. 1tsp.Turmeric Powder
  14. to TasteSalt
  15. 1tbsp.Cumin Coriander Powder
  16. 1/2tsp.Garam Masala
  17. 1Lemon
  18. 1/2 CupJeggary
  19. 1/4 CupPeanuts
  20. 1CupFor Dhokli:- Multigrain flour
  21. 2tbsp.Oil
  22. 1tsp.Red Chilli Powder
  23. 1/2tsp.Turmeric Powder
  24. 1/4tsp.Asafoetida
  25. 1tsp.Garlic Paste
  26. to tasteSalt
  27. 1tsp.Sugar
  28. as required Coriander to garnish
  29. 1tspFor Tadka;- .Ghee
  30. 1tsp.Oil
  31. 1tsp.Red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Soak dal for 1/2hr. and pressure cook 4-5Whistle. Adding salt 1/2tsp.turmeric powder Tomato and ghee1/2tsp.Turn off flame.Allow it to release Air.

    Mean While take a broad pan. Heat Ghee add dry red chilli cardamom cinemon Stick fenugreek Seeds mustard seeds asofoetida red chillipowder turmeric powder saute and add 1/2glass water.
    Beat Pressure cook dal.with menual beater.And add Stir it well.
    In a bowl mix coursly crushed peanut powder cumin coriander powder salt Jeggary chilli ginger paste.And add in a dal mixture. Add 1/2Glass water and cook on a mid flame.

    Take Multigrain flour in a paraat. Add oil garlic paste red chilli powder turmeric powder salt sugar Asofoetida.Mix it well.And Knead a Soft dough. Cover snd keep a side gir 10-15min.

    Now roll a big thin roti.Cut into square pieces. And add in a dal mixture.
    Cover and cook on a mid slow flame.Lastly squeeze lemon. And garam masala. Stir well.Cover and simmer for 7-10min.Tasty healthy Dal Dhokli is ready.

    Transfer in a serving bowl.
    For Tadka heat ghee oil Add red chilli powder and pour on a dal Dhokli.Farnish with chopped coriander. Tasty healthy KHATTI MEETHI DAL DHOKLI IS READY TO SERVE.
