Badami Turai(Sponge Gourd)

Steps

Roasted peanuts, ginger, garlic, green chilli should be pasted all together.

Now fry whole cumin seeds and hing in mustard oil in a pan for 20 seconds.
After 20 seconds, added the potatoes and fried light golden after added sponge gourd fry them for 5 minutes. Add the peanut paste, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and cumin powder to taste.
If oil is released from the spice, it should be covered with hot water. - 3
Once the potato and sponge gourd is cooked and the broth is dry, spread the royal hot spice powder/sahi garam masala powder and serve with hot Roti/Paratha...
