Cashew Masala Curry

Prepare all the spices first. Chop the onion. Prepare a paste of chopped tomatoes, garlic, cashews, cloves, cinnamon, pepper and dried red chillies in a mixer jar.

Now, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the cashews untill golden brown. Then add onion, cumin and bay leaf in the same oil and saute for 2 mins.

Now, add the grinded paste in the mixerjar and let the paste heat for 10 mins on low flame till the oil separates from the puree.

Now, boil it by adding the remaining spices and a glass of water. Boil water then add fried cashew nuts and let it rise for 10 mins.

Then add a butter and cream, stir and turn off the gas.

So, the Royal Cashew Masala Curry is ready. Serve hot..!!
