Whole Onion Sabji
Steps

Peeled off Onion and cut it middle half. Now, chop the onion, ginger, garlic, chilly finely. Make tomato puree.

Now put a kadai on gas, heat oil, add cumin and let it simmer, then add chilly, garlic and ginger paste and saute for 5 minutes.

Then saute finely chopped onion till it turns brown and then add tomato puree and asafoetida, mix it well. Now, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Then add all the spices and saute well. Once the oil released from the masala, add 1 glass of water and let it boil then add onion, mix it lightly.

After that again cover and let it rise for 10 minutes.

Now, add coriander into it and turn off the gas.

Whole Onion Sabji is Ready to Serve..
