Boil the yam,then drain the water and keep aside

2.Slice a big sized onions.

Cut the cucumber into small pieces and keep aside, in order to drain off the water in it.

Pour in your vegetable oil into the pan.

Put in your onions into the heating oil.

Add salt to taste.

Then pour the cucumber and the scotch bonnett and stir.

Sprinkle I cube of Maggi and stir.

Then leave to cook for 5mins.

Lastly pour in your whisked egg into the sauce and stir, leave it for some seconds and it's ready.
