My favorite dish Dahi Aloo specially on summer season...With few ingredients I have made it. No tomatoes...

First wash potatoes. Slit it. Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Once it is done. Switch off the flame. Cool it. Open the lid. Put the potatoes in a cold water. Peel it and cut into cubes. Once it is done. Keep aside..Heat oil in a kadai. I am using wonder chef kadai. Fry potatoes for few minutes. Then transfer to a plate. In the same kadai add little oi. For few minutes fry mustard seeds, 2 dry red chillies and curry leaves. Then add chopped onion fry it for 1 minute. Then add all the dry masala.

Mix..well. Add a pinch of hing...

Then add water as needed. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes take out the lid then add dahi.. Mix..welll..

Close the lid and cook till the masala cook well. Once it is done..Check it. If it is done.. Then transfer to a serving glass bow...

Ready to serve Dahi Aloo with naan and chappati's
