Steps

Grate Cucumber and add 2,5 ml Salt to the Cucumber. Use a cheese cloth and press moisture out of the Cucumber. The more moisture removed the better.

Combine the remaining Salt with the Garlic, Vinegar and Olive Oil in a large bowl. Add the drained Cucumber to the bowl.

In a separate bowl combine the Orley Whip and Cheese till smooth. Season with Dill and Pepper then add to the large bowl and mix through.

Cover and refrigerate for an hour. Mix through and serve.
