5-6Pollock Fish filet
Salt to taste
1 teaspoonginger paste
1 teaspoonGarlic paste
1 teaspoongreen chili fresh Corriander paste
1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
1 teaspooncumin Corriander powder
Juice of 1 small lemon
3-4 tablespoonsrice flour
2-3 tablespoonssemolina
3-4 tablespoonsOil for shallow frying
Cut salad
Cucumber
Lettuce
Radish
Raw mango
slicesLemon

Divid the fish pieces as per the size you like.

Add all the spices and paste and apply all over the fish pieces.
Dip into the flour and semolina and coat the fish well.

Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry all the fish pieces from both the sides until golden brown.
Serve with some cut salad 😋
