Seviyan kheer

First take the ghee in a nonstick pan. Now when the ghee is hot, roast the seviyan in it.

Once the seviya are browned, add milk and let it boil over medium heat. Now keep stirring continuously for 10 minutes.

Then add sugar, cardamom-nutmeg powder, dried fruit slices. Now let the milk boil for 5 minutes on low heat.

So, Seviyan kheer is ready. Now serve in bowl garnished with dried fruit slices and saffron stalks.
