Ingredients

  • 2 cupthick milk/reduced milk
  • 1/2 cupseviyan
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tsp dry fruits powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • as required Kesar soaked in milk
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • as neededDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan add seviyan and roast to golden.

  2. 2

    Heat thick milk add sugar and seviyan and cook till soft then add dry fruits powder, cardmum powder,kesar milk and mix cook for few minutes.
