Ingredients

two servings
  • 80g×2 Yellowfin tuna fillet
  • A little less than 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • A little less than 1 teaspoon of sake
  • 1 tablespoonand 1/3 of starch powder
  • appropriate amount of frying oil
  • 20 gLeaf lettuce
  • Barbecue sauce (easy to make)
  • 1/8onion
  • 1/8apple
  • 2 teaspoonsand 1/2 of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonWorcester sauce
  • 1 tablespoonand 1/3 of the sugar
  • just over a teaspoon of cooking sake
  • 2 teaspoonsstarch powder
  • 120 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Make barbecue sauce first.
    Grate onions and apples.

  2. 2

    Put all the ingredients except 1 and potato starch in a small pot and boil.

  3. 3

    Add starch dissolved in water to 2 and boil until it gets thick.

  4. 4

    Cut the tuna into small pieces, season it with soy sauce and sake, and leave it for about 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Dry the tuna, sprinkle with starch powder, and fry it in oil heated to 170℃ until it's crispy.

  6. 6

    Drizzle with barbecue sauce and arrange it in a plate with bite size leaf lettuce.
