Ingredients

two servings
  1. 80g×2 Yellowfin tuna fillet
  2. A little less than 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  3. A little less than 1 teaspoon of sake
  4. 1 tablespoonand 1/3 of starch powder
  5. appropriate amount of frying oil
  6. 20 gLeaf lettuce
  7. Barbecue sauce (easy to make)
  8. 1/8onion
  9. 1/8apple
  10. 2 teaspoonsand 1/2 of soy sauce
  11. 1 tablespoonWorcester sauce
  12. 1 tablespoonand 1/3 of the sugar
  13. just over a teaspoon of cooking sake
  14. 2 teaspoonsstarch powder
  15. 120 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Make barbecue sauce first.
    Grate onions and apples.

    Put all the ingredients except 1 and potato starch in a small pot and boil.

    Add starch dissolved in water to 2 and boil until it gets thick.

  4. 4

    Cut the tuna into small pieces, season it with soy sauce and sake, and leave it for about 10 minutes.

    Dry the tuna, sprinkle with starch powder, and fry it in oil heated to 170℃ until it's crispy.

    Drizzle with barbecue sauce and arrange it in a plate with bite size leaf lettuce.
