Cut the pork liver into bite-sized pieces.
(Soak it in milk for about 30 minutes if you're worried about the smell.) - 2
Cut the chives into 3~4cm lengths, and also cut the red paprika into thin strips.

Heat grated garlic, grated ginger, and salad oil on a frying pan, and fry the pork liver. When the color changes, add seasoning, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, and garlic in that order, stir-fry and serve.
