Ingredients

2 servings
  • 120 gPork liver
  • 80 gchives
  • 60 gbean sprouts
  • 30 gred bell pepper
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoonsvegetable oil
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon soy sauce 1&1/2 teaspoon
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoonssake
  • a pinch pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the pork liver into bite-sized pieces.
    (Soak it in milk for about 30 minutes if you're worried about the smell.)

  2. 2

    Cut the chives into 3~4cm lengths, and also cut the red paprika into thin strips.

  3. 3

    Heat grated garlic, grated ginger, and salad oil on a frying pan, and fry the pork liver. When the color changes, add seasoning, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, and garlic in that order, stir-fry and serve.
