Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 cupRipe Alphonso or bengumpalli mango pulp
    Crunchy Aamras
  • 1 cupFresh yoghurt
    Cucumber and Onion Raita for Biryani
  • as neededChilled water
  • 2 pinchSalt
  • 2-3 tablespoonsMango crush
  • as required Ice cubes
  • as required Mango cubes to garnish

Steps

10minutes
  1. 1

    First, mango pulp, yoghurt, salt and 1 tablespoon mango crush and blend to a thick mixture.

    Add water to get your desired consistency. Chill till serving.

  3. 3

    To serve, layer the sides of glass with mango crush. Place some ice cubes at base.Pour the Lassi on top. Garnish with mango cubes and enjoy!
