Ingredients

  1. 1 packspinach
  2. 5eggs
  3. 1/3 tspsalt
  4. Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash spinach then blanch. Cut into small pieces. Heat pan and stir fry egg. Must be half done.

    Heat pan then add oil. Then sautee until no water coming out from spinach. It should be dry.

    Then add in egg then mix it well until well combined.

  5. 5

    Serve.
