Oats paneer chilla is a healthy tasty yummy breakfast,which was full of lots of veggies.

Take a mixing bowl add oats,add 1/4cup water mix it&leave for 5 mints.After 5 mints add 3-4 tbsp water if the mixture is too thick.Add 2tbsp besan,all spices & veggies mix it well.

The chilla batter is ready.Heat a pan add some oil & wipe with a tissue,add batter to the pan to make 3-4small chilla,drizzle some oil around.when chill turns dry add some grated paneer on top.Add some chopped veggies,sprinckle sone black pepperpowder& salt.

Flip chilla & cook other side too. Cook until it turns golden brown. Oats paneer chilla are ready.

Serve Scrumptious oats paneer chilla with tomato ketchup.
