Peel wash & cut lauki into small pieces. In a cooker add ghee roast jeera. Add dry spices & puree.

When masala is cooked properly, add lauki pieces to it. Mix it properly in masala. Add some drops of water & cover with a lid.

After 3 or 4 whistles off the flame. Check whether it is properly cooked or not. Now add Kasuri methi to it.

Ready for lunch, serve it with roti or khichdi.
