100 gmsemolina,
100 gm wheat flour,
100 gm refined flour
100 gmsugar powder,
as required ghee for moyan
1/2 teaspoon,salt
as required Water
as required oil for deep frying

Mix the all three flour with sugar and ghee.Then add salt and water to it and make a dough.

Make the balls and roll it over kaddukas.

Then deep fry it.serve it as snacks.
