Take a pan add milk and boil then add oats and cook on low flame until it's absorbed milk and becomes thick, keep it aside and cool down.

Grind the papaya to make a smooth paste, keep aside.

Take a seving bowl add cooked oats and papaya paste, mix it well then add honey according to your taste and mix everything well.

Now add some chopped dry fruits and flaxseed and mix it well.

Garnish with chopped nuts and papaya and serve Enjoy....
