Fish Batter Fry

Steps

Marinate 12 Bhetki fish fillets.

Add Lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper on fish fillets. Keep fish fillets in freeze for 15 minutes.

Add 1 small Onion chopped, 8 Garlic pieces, 2 Green Chili, 1 cup Coriander leaves in blender and blend.

Add blended mixture on fish fillets and keep in freeze for 1 hour. After 1 hour, fish is well marinated.

Prepare batter. Add 1/2 cup Maida (Flour), 4 tablespoon Corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 teaspoon Baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda in mixing bowl. Crack 1 Egg in the bowl. Add 2 tablespoon melted Butter. Mix everything well. Add Water part by part as per requirement and continue stirring till batter is formed. Batter needs to be smooth and no lump must be present.

Add Oil in pan as per requirement for deep fry and heat. Dip fish fillet in batter and deep fry.
