1 person

1tortilla
1 serving spoonpassata
Sprinkle of oregano
3ripped basil leaves
Handfulgrated mozzarella

Slice from centre to outside of the tortilla, once

Cover with the spoon of passata, avoiding the slit, and spread

Add oregano, basil and mozzarella
4

Fold up to a 3/4s, then across to a half, then down to a quarter. Dry fry on both sides for a couple of minutes until lightly browned
