5kiwi (chopped)
2 tbsphoney
1 cupwhipping cream
2 tbspcondensed milk
5nutrichoice biscuits
2 tbspalmond
2 tbsppistachio

Peel kiwis then cut around the pit. Reserve
half of kiwis for garnishing later. Chop the
remaining kiwis and place in a food processor.
Add 2 tablespoon of honey
Blend into a smooth paste.

Place cream in a bowl. Add the vanilla extract and
Condensed milk.Whip using a hand mixer until stiff peaks
form. About 3 minutes.

Place the crumbled biscuits whipped cream and the kiwi puree and nuts in
cups in layers. Dice the kiwi you reserved from
step 1 and place on the cups. Garnish with nuts
and kiwi if desired. Serve immediately or chill for at
least 30 minutes before serving. Best enjoyed
chilled.
