Wash the green and red chillies and make them dry with help of cloth. Make sure there is no water left.

Now cut the chillies into pieces put them in a bowl and add some salt to it and after mixing it well cover the bowl with a plate and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Take a pan put mustard seeds, cumin seeds dry roast them. After that put them in a plate and let them cool down.

Now strain the water from the bowl of chillies which came because of the salt.

All the masala when they are cool down grind them.

Add the masala to the chillies and mix them well.

In a pan heat the mustard oil and then mix it in the bowl of red chillies and masalas. Add lemon or vinegar to preserve it.

Mix it well and the red green pickle is ready to serve.
