Sauté onion until slightly translucent

Add butter,wait until it starts to foam, then add mushrooms.
Making sure to coat all the mushrooms with the butter and cook until soft. - 3
Add your garlic and cook for a few mins, then add your spinach and cook until wilted.
Then remove contents from pan and place in a bowl. - 4
Season steak's well, slice into strips and fry until browned.
Then return the contents of your bowl to (mushrooms etc 😁) the pan and mix everything up. - 5
To make the sauce mix the beef stock with Dijon mustard and the crème fraîche, mix well until smooth.
Add it to the pan and cook for a further 5/10 mins until the sauce has reduced a little.
Then serve with a wrap.
Simple yet delicious 🙂
