Marinade your fish with garlic and ginger, spices, seasoning, little bits of oil for six hours or over night

Then set your non-stick pan on low heat then add your marinaded fish roast the fish slowly after that

Then set your pan on a stove

Add cooking oil then add onion, garlic and ginger paste fry it for 5mimns

Then add your black seed, scotch bonnet, seasoning curry powder

Then add your fish and carrot cook it on low heat for 3min.

You can serve with white rice or cooked cous cous. Thank you

Chop your onion slice grate your scotch bonnet and black seed slice your carrot
