Teekhi (Suji K Golgappe)
Steps

Take a suji in a large plate. Add oil and water gradually. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover it and rest for 20 minutes.

Now pull out small units from the smooth dough and roll them oval shape using a rolling pin.

Take a kadhai add oil. Let it heat. Put into the kadhai one by one. Fry it till golden brown on both sides. Take it out in a plate. Let it cool down completely. Suji water balls are ready now. Fill the aloo stuffing in the water balls. Serve with khatta-teekha chatpata pani and enjoy......
