Steakhouse Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  1. 32 ounceschicken broth
  2. 6red potatoes, unpeeled and diced
  3. 5garlic cloves, minced
  4. 1butter stick
  5. 4 ouncescream cheese
  6. 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  7. salt, to taste
  8. black pepper, to taste
  9. garlic powder, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the chicken broth into a large pot over high heat and bring to a boil.

    Dice the red potatoes into cubes and add them into the large pot of chicken broth, along with the minced garlic, and boil for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

    Drain the potatoes from the chicken broth and return them to the large pot.

    Mash the butter, cream cheese, buttermilk, and spices with a masher until well combined and completely mashed.

    Serve and enjoy!
