Lightly pound the pork loin slices. Place a slice of prosciutto and a slice of mozzarella cheese on each piece, then roll them up tightly.

On a plate, combine 5 to 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs with 1 tablespoon of mixed spices and mix well.

Coat the rolls in the breadcrumb mixture and arrange them in a baking dish. Sprinkle with a little salt, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
