In a bowl mix semolina curdand veggies add salt to it and give it a mix.

Then in a small pan add oil and mustard seeds.once the mustard seeds sprinkel add asafoetida to it.
Add this misture to semolina mixture and give it a proper mix.

Then take an appe pan and add this mixture to it and cook it from both the side and serve hot with chutney or any dip.
