Steps

Heat a pan and add oil. Add mustard seeds when start to splutter, add garlic chilli paste and saute it.

Now add tomato puree and saute it.

Further add all dry masala, salt and saute it till oil separates from the sides.

Now add half glass of water and let it boil. After few minutes, add ganthiya and mix well. Gathiya sabji is ready. Garnish with some cashews and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
