I have two peach trees. I collected dozens of plump juicy sweet peaches a couple of days ago. To m6e peaches are mangoes of California. I like to make delicious desserts without adding refined white sugar. No sugar is good for everyone. I made kulfi, ice cream and smoothie. I may turn into a peach!!!

Dissolve saffron in 3tbs hot milk; this will give a nice color.
In a large blender, place chopped peaches. Peaches had about 2c of juice. add, cold milk. Heavy cream, cream powder and sweetened condensed milk. Blend for a minute or two to combine the ingredients. Add cardamom powder and saffron.
Blend to smooth creamy consistency. Taste. If you need it very sweet you may add honey. (With cases of diabetes and obesity increasing all over the world it is better to avoid adding white sugar.) - 4
Pour the prepared mixture into molds
I poured 1 ½ c mixture to each mold. Used 2 kulfi cups, 2 small sterile clay pots and also in a plastic box. Covered them tight with a foil; placed them in the freezer. I froze overnight. When you are ready to serve, the molds out of the freezer. Let it stand at room temperature for a couple of minutes. Garnish with a few dry roasted chopped cashews and Cheraunji nuts (सारा परुप्पू), If you want you can demold the kulfi - 5
Place a tiny peppermint sprig on the top. Serve chilled. Enjoy
